1. Shipping - Please ensure all shipping details are correct. Once your package has left our shop, we are unable to make any changes and accept no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses.
1a. Shipping times - AP Crystals has no control over shipping times. Keep up to date with where your order is, by checking the tracking number received with your confirmation email. 

1b. Shipping packaging - All crystals are wrapped with eco - friendly tissue paper & degradable bubble wrap. We quality check each crystal before sending.
2. Refunds and Returns - All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any crystals. Please ensure you are happy with your items before purchasing as we do not refund for change of mind on any orders. Please note that minor chips and scratches can occur during the shipping process, we will not be able to refund in this instance; please contact Australia Post to lodge a report. If We do allow a partial refund, you will have to send back the Crystal in its original packaging via Australia Post and pay for postage with tracking & signature on delivery at your own cost. This MUST occur within 5 days of receiving your delivery. We will then determine the outcome on a case by case basis. 
3. AP Crystals uses Sunlight and LED lighting to ensure the best photo quality and clarity when photographing our crystals. We do our best to ensure all colours and pictures are "true". Photos taken in direct sunlight can enhance the crystal’s natural colour.
4. Custom Orders - If you are after a specific item and can't seem to find it on our website, please contact us. A 50% deposit is required when we order in something special. 

5. We accept no responsibility of loss or damage on behalf of Australia Post. If your parcel goes missing, or if there is a problem with shipping; you will need to contact Australia Post to lodge a report. 

6. AP Crystals does not offer in-house Layby options.

7. Privacy - The following information is collected from our website visitors - Name, Address, Email Address and IP Address. We do not give out your information once received.

8. Where do our crystals come from? We source only the best crystals from all over the world and within Australia. Our suppliers assure us that the crystals are sourced from ethical locations and in itself ethically sourced. We have great relationships with all of our suppliers and entrust their mining values and obligations. 
9. AP Crystals products are 100% Authentic + Genuine. All of our crystals are quality checked before they are placed online for sale. If we are unsure of the origin of a product, we do not sell it.
