A: Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to pick up their orders for various reasons.

A: We do not provide wholesale crystals at the moment.

A: We source our crystals from around the globe. We ensure all suppliers are operating ethically and mining in ethical locations around the world.

Q: Is your packaging ecofriendly?

A: Our packaging is 100% ecofriendly. We have dedicated numerous hours sourcing bio-degradable bubble wrap, recyclable tissue paper and economical cardboard boxes.

Q: Is there a tracking number with my order?

A: Yes! Once you receive your fulfillment email, you will find your tracking number is provided to you.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our home-base is in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney Australia.
